The New Website: Hello Romance - Wedding Photography Ipswich, Suffolk, Colchester

This is just an announcement that from now, DaveBulow Photography will be known as Hello Romance Wedding Photography. We're still based in Ipswich and will be photographing weddings in East Anglia and beyond. Wedding Photography will be our main focus, but we also now offer on-location portraiture in the form of fashion photography in Ipswich and surrounding areas. Please get in touch if you're interested. You might have noticed a slight change in direction in our photographic style on the new website. While our images still have a distinctive style, we're now aiming our services at 'Home Made' weddings in Suffolk. Vintage-inspired, cute, quirky weddings are becoming more and more popular. These weddings have a different feel, and they often deserve a corresponding style of wedding photography. We'd like to think that's what we've achieved here with Hello Romance Wedding Photography. Please feel free to get in touch if you're interested in us covering your wedding.  Anyway, we will shortly be publishing photos from some of our recent Suffolk weddings and fashion shoots from Ipswich and surrounding areas, here on the Hello Romance Blog.

Helen & Simon at Yaxley Hall

Just a few weeks ago, on 24th January 2009 I had the privilege of being the photographer at Helen Pettet and Simon Page's wedding at Yaxley Hall in Suffolk, UK. Wedding photography at Yaxley Hall was a real pleasure. It's a gorgeous building that has been carefully restored in recent years. Photography from Helen and Simon's wedding is shown below. They are a fun couple, and they and their friends and family made us feel very welcome, which was great as we were able to catch some lovely formal and informal photos. We had a lot of fun!
